Gary has over 25 years of legal and business experience in both private practice and as general counsel for various companies. As general counsel for companies with thousands of employees and locations in multiple states, Gary understands the day-to-day aspects of running a business beyond simple legal compliance. He values the importance of implementing measures for maximizing profitability while simultaneously minimizing risk and exposure to the company. In addition to extensive general corporate matters, Gary has closed dozens of mergers and acquisitions over the years with sophisticated debt and equity financing in commercial real estate matters.

Gary started his legal career in a boutique law firm focused on both simple and complex estate and succession planning. His decades of experience in estate planning and advising non-profit organizations will provide individual clients and businesses with a range of practical options to ensure their assets and families are provided for in a manner that is best suited for them. As a father of a special needs child, Gary has a unique understanding that no family or situation is just like the others. He custom drafts all his estate planning documents for the individual family and not in a “cookie cutter” fashion.

Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and has Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
