He routinely represents clients in all aspects of the purchase and sale process, including preparation, review, and analysis of negative disclosures, draft agreements, and title objections or recommendations. Ben also has substantial experience managing complex lease negotiations, having represented both tenants and landlords.

 

Ben also has a proven track record with high-stakes negotiations, having handled numerous deals involving loan closures and sale closings. Ben is equally comfortable handling service contracts and escrow closings.
