

ALANA
EHELER
Alana Marie Eheler is an Associate Attorney at Young, Cohen & Durrett, where she focuses her practice on insurance defense, civil litigation, and worker’s compensation defense. Alana earned her Juris Doctor from Drivon School of Law in Stockton in 2024. During law school, she participated in Moot Court and served as a legal intern with California Rural Legal Assistance, providing pro bono services in civil litigation matters which included housing and employment law.
Alana was recognized as the San Joaquin Woman Lawyers Section Scholarship recipient of 2021. Previous to her bar admission, she gained valuable experience handling a wide array of civil litigation cases working under the Honorable Adam A. Ramirez, formerly a partner of Hakeem, Ellis, Marengo & Ramirez.
Prior to her legal career, Alana completed a master’s degree in English literature from National University in La Jolla, California and a bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, Sacramento. She holds a California teaching credential and has had a rewarding career in education teaching learners from all backgrounds and competencies. Many of her former students are now her colleagues in the legal field.
Alana is admitted to practice law in California and concentrates her practice in Civil Litigation. She is known for her passionate advocacy, attention to detail, and the ability to foster strong connections resulting in favorable outcomes.
