Patrick obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Chapman University in Southern California. Subsequently, he received his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Western State University. He has 23 years of experience in the workers' compensation arena, including appellate practice.

 

Patrick prides himself in developing strategies to limit liability on high exposure cases and bringing about cost effective settlements. In addition, his "outside the box" mentality opens up creative possibilities of resolving complex claims and addressing the particular concerns of the employer. He also welcomes the opportunity to fully litigate cases and formulate an aggressive strategy for final resolution of claims, and trial where appropriate.

 

When not practicing law, Patrick directs his attention to this family, including his two children and four grandchildren.
